About Us
Mahibere Teklehaimanot is a nonprofit religious organization based in Maryland with a heartfelt mission: to nurture the spiritual growth of children and youth through the rich teachings of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. We are inspired by the life and legacy of Saint Teklehaimanot, the Ethiopian New Apostle, and work to amplify his holy works for a new generation.
At Mahibere Teklehaimanot, we believe that spiritual education should speak to every child’s unique way of learning. That’s why we offer Bible studies, Synaxarium stories, and religious resources tailored to different learning styles—whether visual, auditory, reading/writing, or kinesthetic. Our goal is to make the deep truths of our faith accessible, engaging, and lasting for young hearts and minds.
Our Mission
